Not asking for different timeframes or absolutely no interaction, just for two of the dynamics to be the focus in a way the other isn't. And hah, I was hoping to be concise, but let me list out the things that led me to nominating like that :D

- Yes, Orihime/Ichigo is the canonical epilogue pairing. I do not want romance between them, even if it's just hinted at.
- When two of the three characters are interacting in canon the third is usually peripherally present as well, usually existing or doing something else. In the cases where the third character is reacting to the interactions it is usually Orihime~>Nelliel jealousy because of the third character (the inverse not being true), and I would like to avoid that.
- The "Inoue Orihime/Nelliel Tu Oderschvank & Kurosaki Ichigo (Bleach)" way of nominating would make me think that all three characters need to prominently be featuring at all times, whereas I'd be fine with 90% of the romantic ship and 10% of the gen ship, or the reverse.
- While I love all three characters a lot, where I'd be happy with Literally Anything with the ships I added (Orihime/Nelliel and Nelliel & Ichigo), I have actual opinions on the other dynamic (between Orihime and Ichigo), and it'd be unfair to spring a 5k essay on those opinions on the poor creator or to leave them out and then be disappointed in the event our interpretations do not match. Them interacting without the interaction being the focus would be easy to slot into one of my preferred ways of seeing said dynamic or to just shrug off and be like 'aw, we see that differently, no issue'. Them interacting prominently for most of the work would make that harder and it would, again, be unfair towards the creator.
- And, lastly, canon gives me enough to satisfy me on that front. I would love more from the relationships not focused on enough (for me)!

Hm. I absolutely sympathise with the impulse. I also feel like in order to avoid the dynamic you don't want, you'd need to explain your feelings about Orohime/Ichigo even if the tag was approved as "[Orihime/Nelliel] & [Nelliel & Ichigo]."

I wonder if it might make sense to split it into two tags & request both, so:

Orihime/Nelliel (Prompt includes: "very happy for Ichigo to show up as Nelliel's friend but please keep Orihime & Ichigo to a minimum and absolutely no Orihime/Ichigo")
Nelliel & Ichigo (Prompt includes: "very happy for this also to include the Orihime/Nelliel ship but please keep Orihime & Ichigo to a minimum and absolutely no Orihime/Ichigo")

I think that might work better than "I really love these two relationships, but I want the intersection between the two to be carefully handled" for encouraging people to offer this - does that make sense?

It does make sense! I definitely get how this would be better. However, given that the chances of someone offering those is rare and Char: Nelliel is already in the tagset, I'm thinking if it might actually be best to just outright reject the nomination and for me to prompt them under that instead of using more nom/request slots?
