Canon-specific: I would love to see missing scenes from the movie, or the events of the movie - or following the movie - from Kolya's perspective, or from Mr. Brož or Mrs. Brožová's perspective! What would it be like for Kolya to live with a stepfather he has only met a few times and who knows only a few words of Kolya's language? He's young, and probably isn't a fluent reader in Russian yet, but what would it be like to be beginning to learn to read and write his own name and some simple words - and find himself living in a country that uses a completely different alphabet? What would it be like to return to the mother who left him behind, whom he hasn't seen in over a year, and who speaks a language he has barely heard in over a year - and to move to a new country, with a new language, and his mother's new boyfriend - and to leave behind the 'father' who has been caring for him for so long? It would also be fascinating to see the effect of the Velvet Revolution on the characters, too. How much does Kolya understand of what's going on? What is it like for František to no longer be blacklisted and once again play cello in the Prague Philharmonic instead of only playing at funerals?

A few possible prompts: Ian Malcolm's POV; a dinosaur's POV; anything focused on the ethics of bringing the dinosaurs (and other organisms back), keeping them in captivity despite knowing little about the specific ecosystems in which they once lived, the canonical focus on the original park as a money-making scheme/resort for extremely rich people).
InGen uses blood taken from mosquitos preserved in amber to bring back the dinosaurs - but the blood didn't come with a label. I'm curious as to whether the dinosaurs (and other prehistoric animals and plants) they brought back were the only organisms they were successful with, or whether they also brought back prehistoric mammals, small reptiles, birds, etc. - and they just didn't focus on those (whether because they were more challenging when it came to filling in the DNA gaps or because they didn't think they'd be as exciting to their intended audience as the dinosaurs). A story in which some of the smaller and less popular animals were also on exhibit (maybe in a small exhibit within a visitors' center, or a dedicated aviary, etc.) would be awesome!
Including other canonical characters would be welcome!

Prompt 1: Amateur Necromancer & Best Friend Who's Secretly A Lich → How did the pair meet? Is the amateur necromancer skilled at their craft? Why would the lich hide their nature? How is necromancy viewed in their world? Why did the amateur decide to practice necromancy?
Prompt 2: Alien From Culture Centered Around Strength/Human Rival With Chronic Illness → What is the alien culture's definition of strength? Why are the alien and human rivals? How does the human's chronic illness affect their body/life? Is the human open about their illness or do they try to hide their symptoms? Is the rivalry mutual or is the human oblivious to their status as the alien's rival?

I really love to know more about Thedas and the different countries in it, and so worldbuilding that fills in the gaps canon leaves is my absolute favorite! What do Chantry services look like? What are city elves' traditions and beliefs like? What is the day to day life of slaves in Tevinter like?
I really love Fenris and I adore frank portrayals of his trauma and how it affects his relationships with others. I like for him and Anders to eventually see eye-to-eye, especially if it's due to one witnessing the other go through something terrible. I enjoy the Fenris/Hawke romance immensely and I like that three year period in which they're not together but Fenris is still acting whipped in public.
I also adore Zevran, I love how he uses his sexuality as a shield, how he struggles to love, how he tries so hard to be good when he doesn't quite know what good is. I'd love to read about his adventures after Origins, where he goes, what he does against the Crows, so on! I like his cameo in DA2 and I love for him to interact with Fenris, since they're so similar and so different.
In general, I really like this canon for the dark, grimy setting, and the worse things are for people, the better, really. Give me angst, drama, trauma, and the light at the end of the tunnel at the hands of friends or a lover.

I am really fascinated by Philip, Caleb and Hunter and all the things that build off them. I love to read Philip and Caleb's relationship through an incestuous lens - they're all they have, and so naturally Philip goes a bit crazy when he finds out Caleb betrayed him by getting with a witch. I love how he tries to keep him alive with the Golden Guards and how Hunter is explicitly the one who "looks the most like him". I love for Philip to groom Hunter to accept and even initiate sex with him, to not consider it wrong at all until after he leaves his side.
I really love Philip and Luz's relationship too, I think it's so juicy - they're the only humans in the Boiling Isles and they're diametrical opposites, but from the same place so many centuries removed from each other. I really like to explore for Philip to be redeemed through the power of friendship and the process this involves, how Luz fights for him to not get killed on sight by most people, how she tries to understand him and ends up falling for him. I love this musical and it lives in my head rent-free. I love how human all the characters are, how everything about them feels so alive - I love Jason, I like reading him as autistic or otherwise neurodivergent, and for him to grow up to be bisexual and grappling with that and what it means for him. I love to read post-canon fic where Marvin is hospitalized and Jason has to deal with the grief piling all up on top of him, or fic where Jason is off to college. I also love explorations of Whizzer and Marvin's relationship--does it start as a sugaring arrangement, some other kind of sex work, or is it just serendipitious meeting?

He's young, and probably isn't a fluent reader in Russian yet, but what would it be like to be beginning to learn to read and write his own name and some simple words - and find himself living in a country that uses a completely different alphabet? What would it be like to return to the mother who left him behind, whom he hasn't seen in over a year, and who speaks a language he has barely heard in over a year - and to move to a new country, with a new language, and his mother's new boyfriend - and to leave behind the 'father' who has been caring for him for so long? It would also be fascinating to see the effect of the Velvet Revolution on the characters, too. How much does Kolya understand of what's going on? What is it like for František to no longer be blacklisted and once again play cello in the Prague Philharmonic instead of only playing at funerals?

A few possible prompts: Ian Malcolm's POV; a dinosaur's POV; anything focused on the ethics of bringing the dinosaurs (and other organisms back), keeping them in captivity despite knowing little about the specific ecosystems in which they once lived, the canonical focus on the original park as a money-making scheme/resort for extremely rich people).
InGen uses blood taken from mosquitos preserved in amber to bring back the dinosaurs - but the blood didn't come with a label. I'm curious as to whether the dinosaurs (and other prehistoric animals and plants) they brought back were the only organisms they were successful with, or whether they also brought back prehistoric mammals, small reptiles, birds, etc. - and they just didn't focus on those (whether because they were more challenging when it came to filling in the DNA gaps or because they didn't think they'd be as exciting to their intended audience as the dinosaurs). A story in which some of the smaller and less popular animals were also on exhibit (maybe in a small exhibit within a visitors' center, or a dedicated aviary, etc.) would be awesome!

I really love to know more about Thedas and the different countries in it, and so worldbuilding that fills in the gaps canon leaves is my absolute favorite! What do Chantry services look like? What are city elves' traditions and beliefs like? What is the day to day life of slaves in Tevinter like?
I really love Fenris and I adore frank portrayals of his trauma and how it affects his relationships with others. I like for him and Anders to eventually see eye-to-eye, especially if it's due to one witnessing the other go through something terrible. I enjoy the Fenris/Hawke romance immensely and I like that three year period in which they're not together but Fenris is still acting whipped in public.
I also adore Zevran, I love how he uses his sexuality as a shield, how he struggles to love, how he tries so hard to be good when he doesn't quite know what good is. I'd love to read about his adventures after Origins, where he goes, what he does against the Crows, so on! I like his cameo in DA2 and I love for him to interact with Fenris, since they're so similar and so different.
In general, I really like this canon for the dark, grimy setting, and the worse things are for people, the better, really. Give me angst, drama, trauma, and the light at the end of the tunnel at the hands of friends or a lover.

I am really fascinated by Philip, Caleb and Hunter and all the things that build off them. I love to read Philip and Caleb's relationship through an incestuous lens - they're all they have, and so naturally Philip goes a bit crazy when he finds out Caleb betrayed him by getting with a witch. I love how he tries to keep him alive with the Golden Guards and how Hunter is explicitly the one who "looks the most like him". I love for Philip to groom Hunter to accept and even initiate sex with him, to not consider it wrong at all until after he leaves his side.
I really love Philip and Luz's relationship too, I think it's so juicy - they're the only humans in the Boiling Isles and they're diametrical opposites, but from the same place so many centuries removed from each other. I really like to explore for Philip to be redeemed through the power of friendship and the process this involves, how Luz fights for him to not get killed on sight by most people, how she tries to understand him and ends up falling for him. I also love just dirtybadwrong stuff with them - make Philip atticwife Luz if you're so inclined.
For worldbuilding, I really love to hear about academia in the Boiling Isles, the administrative and bureocratic side of the different Covens, the creation of Grimwalkers and the relationship between Earth and the Boiling Isles after canon.

I love this musical and it lives in my head rent-free. I love how human all the characters are, how everything about them feels so alive - I love Jason, I like reading him as autistic or otherwise neurodivergent, and for him to grow up to be bisexual and grappling with that and what it means for him. I love to read post-canon fic where Marvin is hospitalized and Jason has to deal with the grief piling all up on top of him, or fic where Jason is off to college. I also love explorations of Whizzer and Marvin's relationship--does it start as a sugaring arrangement, some other kind of sex work, or is it just serendipitious meeting?
