Madam Wen is an implied character in The Untamed; Wen Ruohan has children, and Madam Wen would be his wife/their mother.

Hi! I am not the original nominator for either of these, but the Untamed Script Book/Behind the Scenes Character descriptions mentions that Madam Wen adopted Wen Qing and Wen Ning after their parents died (I can attempt to dig up the links for this if necessary! They're somewhere in the depths of my tumblr) so she is a confirmed (if dead and does not appear on screen) character for the show continuity.

A ruzhui marriage is a form of traditional Chinese matrilocal marriage! (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traditional_Chinese_marriage#Ruzhui_marriage) this is as far as I know, not strictly limited to a specific time period or place across ancient China and occurred in several different dynasties. I think it's still more common in south China than north China, but this is kind of anecdata (there's some very cute Douyin videos of modern ruzhui wedding ceremonies and their traditions!)

Hello! I'm both the Untamed nominator (for Lan Qiren/Wen Ruohan/Madam Wen) and the down-on-his-luck scholar/female general looking for a ruzhui husband (OW) nominator.

For a ruzhui husband, this tends to indicate imperial-ish China setting. A ruzhui (or matrilocal) marriage was historically when a man would marry into a woman’s family (where they would live with the woman’s family, their children would get their mother’s family name) instead of the other way around.

This would often happen if there was a powerful or noble family (or just a rich one) who only had daughters, who would then recruit a son-in-law (often a younger son from a poorer or lower status family) to marry into the family and so continue the family name.

Tropes associated with it are mainly exploring societal expectations of different genders, namely how the ruzhui husband is able to navigate society and his family when he is the one in the 'wife's' position, linked here with the female general's implied unusual status in society compared to a normal woman of the time (as they would not be soldiers, let alone generals).

For the Untamed, as Shadaras said above, Madam Wen does not appear on screen in the tv series, but is implied to have existed as she would be the mother of two of the antagonists (Wen Xu and Wen Chao) and Wen Ruohan's wife.

Hey, I was the nominator for the OW Dragon/Royal/Knight tag! I was trying to avoid running up against character limit, but the idea was that the knight would be caught between duty and attraction to the dragon and royal in some way.

Hi, Danganronpa nominator here! My reason for nominating under the DR series and not SDR2 is because none of the ships/characters I nominated actually appear in SDR2 as in, there are characters I nominated that do not appear in that game at all, so I assumed it would be more appropriate to nominate under the whole series; however, it is not a big deal at all to me either way and I'd be fine with them being lumped under SDR2 or anything else, whatever is easier for you!

hi, i'm one of the fma brotherhood nominee!! i...honestly have no idea what i was originally trying to do, i THINK i was trying to do worldbuilding or another character tag, but clicked out of it before i fully put it in?? regardless, if i could have char: lan fan and oth: worldbuilding tags added that would be great. i've tried to go to my nominations page to provide it, but it's giving me an error atm. if i can grab it before nominations close, i'll def post it here, but my username on ao3 is lesbian_xion, if that helps, so my noms should be under that username. sorry for any confusion!

Hello! I'm the Royal Order nominator. RO is a romance visual novel with 3 routes/love interests and 3 different factions that you can choose to join. Nils Nerea is the faction leader for the Garrison, and is present in all 3 routes. He acts as an intelligence gatherer and as a method of checking the "suspicion" stat that you can gain, and is sometimes in conflict with the player depending on how you play. Henry Seress is a noble who is present in only one of the routes, where the player character is attempting to forge political alliances. Henry makes an extended diplomatic visit to the player character and is involved in a minor side plot with Nils, which the player can influence the ultimate outcome of.

The game is indie and pretty small, so there isn't a lot about it online, particularly about events deep into specific routes - but I'm more than happy to go through and pull screenshots or explain further/in a more explicit/spoiler way if that would help!

Was hoping the label of 'Wayne Family Adventures' would help define it. Since it does not, I will try. I may be incorrect for some of it however, as the term does not originate with me.

Bruce Wayne, Alfred Pennyworth, Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Damian Wayne, Cassandra Caine, Stephanie Brown, Barbara Gordon. I think that's everybody. No! Duke Thomas! He is also a member of the Batfam.

There may be others, but these are all the ones I know of for sure at this time.

Also, in re: the previous concern about Kelas Parmak. I took a chance to attempt to modify my noms and for some reason AO3 took it. I have added (ASIT) to the end of the previous disambig in hopes that will help, as I do not have the nom slots to pull the nom out separately, and I have not as of yet received a response to my request for clarification on what to do in that situation. I hope that will be enough as he is one of my faves and I will be disappointed to not have the chance to play.
