If you have a link in your AO3 sign-up to an external document talking about what you would like in a gift, please make sure it is complete and accessible to creators. The deadline for this is 11:59pm EDT, Friday 25 August, and here is a countdown.
If your letter is incomplete at that time I will contact you, then shortly after, I will notify your creator & remove the letter link from your prompts.
It's acceptable to have more prompts for one canon than another. It's also acceptable to add a note to your letter saying that although you have not filled in all your planned sections, as of [date] this is the final letter version. I just don't want your creator to be left wondering if you're going to add more or not, or if they are working on an idea that will turn out not to be what you want. Given the length of the exchange, they would have a long time to wonder. Please help them create with confidence!
25 August, midnight EDT, is also the deadline for asking to swap to any other request. After this time, you can still swap your assignment, but only to an existing pinch hit. I'll put an updated pinch list up shortly after the swaps deadline.
