Last Day to Sign Up

Sign-ups will close at 11:59pm EDT, August 6. Here's a countdown. Tbat's less than a day from now!

I am excited to see your sign-ups, and your promo posts.

Please note:

• You must request at least four fandoms. For the purposes of this exchange, Crossover Fandom counts as one fandom, Original Work counts as one fandom, and related fandoms that are nominated in separate parts in the tag set count as separate fandoms.


• The optional details box of your request on AO3 must contain something positive about your likes, preferences, or desires - such as general likes, a prompt or two, or thoughts about canon. Short is OK.

Although I will try to keep an eye out for new nominations right up until the close of sign-ups, I may not approve them in time for you to request them if you nominate close to the wire.


After sign-ups close
FFFX has an unusually long period between sign-ups closing and assignments going out: assignments will not go out before Saturday 12 August.

After I close sign-ups, I'll run matching. I'll first contact anyone whose offers don't match a recipient (within 24 hours and hopefully much sooner), using the email associated with your AO3 account. If that's you, you'll have 72 hours to get back to me.

I will also contact people with fewer than 4 fandoms in their requests, and blank or DNW-only sign-ups.

I'm happy to take requests for sign-up adjustments at this time - maybe someone signed up at the last minute and you want to make sure you can match to them; maybe you need to edit in those final nominations; etc.

I must receive all adjustments to sign-ups by noon EDT, Friday 11 August.

Then - assignments!

It's fine to offer only Original Works if you want - the minimum requirement applies to requests only.

Yes, I'm still approving nominations up until sign-ups close. Please get them in ASAP if you need them in order to sign up.
