Bourne Movies

Where to find it: Peacock for free with a subscription, and then various other locations to rent/buy
What is it, in summary? The Bourne Legacy is set in the world of the original Bourne trilogy, but starring different characters. Aaron Cross is a physically and mentally enhanced secret agent who has to go on the run when his bosses decide to wipe out the entire program (in the wake of all the shit Jason Bourne got up to in the original trilogy).
What do you love about it? Spies! Double crosses! Enhanced people! Manipulation! This film has it all, and all my love is attached to Aaron. Like the action in this movie is super cool, the plot interesting and high-stakes, but it also has so much heart and you seriously feel for Aaron and Marta and what they're going through, especially when you learn more about Aaron's history.
What sort of things are you likely to request for it? I'm a simple girl with simple needs, and just want more of this fandom, especially more of Aaron. Most of the works tagged with TBL are crossovers with other Jeremy Renner projects and I'm so desperate for stuff just about this universe!

Definitely do not have to watch the original Bourne trilogy and just focus on The Bourne Legacy. There are a fair amount of references to the original trilogy in TBL, but it's easy to look past those as just "oh there's another agent out there fucking shit up". I care far more about what Aaron's got going on than what Jason Bourne's doing, and frankly Aaron doesn't know anything about Bourne so it works out XD
