Lord of the Rings and Silm nominator here:

So Unfinished Tales is a collection of different drafts/background info for The Hobbit, LotR, and the Silmarillion that are lumped together, not a coherent narrative.

I nommed Mithrellas and Imrazor under LotR because they are alluded to (though not by name) in LotR, and most of the information about them is linked to LotR (they’re also named in “The Heirs of Elendil” in Peoples of Middle-earth, which is the source of Appendix A of LotR).

Elmo is the exact opposite, in that he’s connected to Silm stories. The only real storyline we have for him is his search for Elwë, which occurs during the earliest parts of the Silmarillion.

Sorry for the trouble! As far as picking one fandom, I think the Silm makes more sense, because Elmo doesn’t fit in LotR at all. Mithrellas and Imrazor don’t really fit perfectly in any Ao3 subfamdom imo, but they do match the “and other histories” part. I’m happy to run with that and Crossovers if it works better for you.

ETA: Or any noms with Imrazor and Mithrellas can just be left out! I don’t think it’ll be an issue either way (I suspect anyone offering them will have read the relevant LotR stuff, which is the only reason I’d be hesitant to move them), but I’m also happy to leave them out if that level of trust doesn’t work for you.

Thanks, I appreciate the detailed explanation. I wasn't sure if possibly different nominators were working off different views of where to put the Tolkien characters that don't quite fit other places. If those texts are where we get the bulk of information about those characters, I'll approve them there.

Miss Fisher nominator here. The Wardlow family is the main recurring cast, comprising of:
Mr Butler, Dot Williams, Jack Robinson, Hugh Collins, Bert Johnson, Cecil Yates, Elizabeth MacMillan and Prudence Stanley. Arguments could also be made for Arthur Stanley, Alice Yates and Rosie Sanderson, but they only appear in 2-3 episodes each.

I've nominated SEAL Team...
Regular members of SEAL Team Bravo are Jason Hayes, Ray Perry, Sonny Quinn, Brock Reynolds, Trent Sawyer (+ Clay Spenser), since season 6 it's also Omar Hamza. (Vic Lopez and Summer Karios were also members of the team at some point but there's not much focus on them.)

I would also count Scott Carter | Full Metal, he was a part of the team for multiple seasons even if he has since died. (Sorry to meddle, I'm just pointing this out because I would think of him before Lopez or Karios)

Oh, that's right. Though he was initially in Team Alpha (as Alpha 1) so I'm not thinking about him as part of Bravo.

Oh, right, I had forgotten he was part of Team Alpha first, tbh he was a completely meh presence to me until his death so that's what I remember best. I'm not doing SEAL Team for this event, just figured that it was worth a heads up since with a group like this, that had a few changes over the years, it could cause some conflicting expectations. Best of luck in getting a relationship tag that works for you though!

Oh shoot, that didn't even occur to me! Maybe I've got a learning curve at using these group nominations after all.

While I think a story that includes Ford as well could be really interesting, I don't want to hold a creator to that. Sam Carter & Ronon Dex & Teyla Emmagan & Rodney McKay & John Sheppard (SGA) fits just fine in 100 characters, and I can just explain in my prompt any nuances of how I'd like it to be about how she relates to the team as a whole.

Nominator for Kuuga here, and I did indeed mean Godai Yuusuke and Godai Minori, no idea what happened there.

For Mebius, Zero and Mebius meet in the movie Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy. It's Zero's first intro, and the last time we see Mebius portrayed by his human actor. Mebius and X meet in the miniseries Ultra Galaxy Fight. Given the wibbledy nature of Ultra canon and the miniseries that combine everyone, I understand if you need to veto those nominations; I'd honestly forgotten where they interact when making the nominations.

Hi! I'm the nominator of Used Up Human Cauldron/Upright Cultivator (OW). The "human cauldron" is a concept in xianxia/cultivation cnovels where a (typically human) cultivator is turned into a sex slave to become a cultivation tool for someone else. The worldbuilding concept around this often suggests that the person who's become the cauldron can be used up /deprived of their ability to cultivate again. So that's the general gist of it! The specifics change depending on the work, but it is a general genre concept.
