Hello, brave and brilliant fffxers! It is check-in week. If you have any* open or incomplete assignments, please comment on this screened post with the following information:

If the answer to "Do you intend to complete your gift(s) for this recipient by January 21, 2023" is no, you don't need to fill out the form - please go to your assignment on AO3 and hit Default. No message is needed, and by defaulting before the end of the check-in period, you incur no restriction against signing up in future. I wish you well and I hope other events work out better for you.

You do NOT need to give me a progress report or any samples of your work as part of your check-in. Different people have different creative processes. I don't need to know where you're up to right now (though it's interesting!) as long as you have a plan that works for you. If you want to amuse me/yourself, consider including a line from your fic/comic, or consider including A Line That Definitely Will Not Appear in your fic/comic.

If you have more than one recipient on the go (thanks and good luck), please give check-in information for each recipient.

If you have completed your assignment(s), congratulations! You don't need to check in but you're welcome to remind me so I can congratulate you directly.

If you're planning to fulfil your assignment with two half-length works, please let me know so I can send you a second assignment to fulfil.
