2. If you are considering offering something, but you're uncertain about what a DNW in a request means, feel free to ask the person or ask me (mod.modzilla@gmail.com) to ask them on your behalf. I don't consider "I haven't decided whether or not to offer this" to contradict the requirements of anonymity.

3. Fantastic promo posts! Keep them coming! There are also requests for recs on the post - for example, if anyone would like to receive interactive fiction.

4. Please put something about what you want in your sign-up form, as well as your DNWs.


ETA: I received a nomination for Sarek/Amanda Grayson in "Star Trek" - could the nominator please narrow that down? Would any of Star Trek: The Original Series, Star Trek: Discovery, or Star Trek: Alternate Original Series (Movies) work?

The Sarek/Amanda canon spans both TOS and Disco, and there's even a mention of them in TNG. I feel like putting them under either TOS or Disco would limited the gifter to only being able to utilize part of their canon, and putting them under Crossover Fandom doesn't make much sense to me since it is only a single canon? So I'm at a bit of a loss here.

I can say definitively that I was not nominating their alternate movies canon.

Thanks. I'd prefer to limit the tag to one series, so that anyone who offers it has a clear understanding of what canon knowledge they need to have. However, if someone is creating something for that pairing, for you, having the tag nominated in a specific fandom doesn't stop the person from using information from the other series if you say in your prompts that you are open to that.

I've edited my nom to put them under Star Trek: Discovery, since that's the one where they have the most on-screen time. And I thank you for your patience. ^^

I noticed while going over my offers that in The Murderbot Diaries, there's two tags for the same relationship:

Group: Murderbot & ART (Murderbot)
Group: Asshole Research Transport & Murderbot (Murderbot)

I nominated the first one and used it in my request. I didn't notice the second tag being nominated until now. ART stands for Asshole Research Transport, so the second tag is the same as the first. Is it possible for the second tag to be removed, or should I request both tags, or something else? Thank you!

Thanks for mentioning. I suggest requesting both tags for now - I don't want to remove any tags from the tag set while sign-ups are live, but I can tidy it up, and ensure that offers and requests use the same Murderbot & ART tag, after sign-ups close.

(So if anyone's considering gaming to match specific requests in a situation of different relationship tags that mean the same thing, please don't rely on the different tags to do so - I may accidentally thwart your efforts.)

I added a tag yesterday, but only just realized that since I stupidly copied it from the RMSE tagset, the genders don't come through (because all tags there were assumed m/m). I know it's getting close to the character limit, but is there a way to make sure it's an m/m tag?

It's this tag - Group: Fantasy World Pirate/18th-cent British Naval Captain Who Sailed Through Portal (OW)

Hi, mod. You've approved a tag that I nominated earlier today (thanks!), but it's not showing up in the main tag set and the sign-up form doesn't allow me to type the tag in, either. It's "Lal Mirch (KHR)" under the anime/manga section for the series Katekyou Hitman Reborn. Should I resubmit?
