I can give you my opinion about characterization and whether it matches with canon, if you want me to. I can point out my favorite parts and the parts that I don't think work. I can spot duplication issues and some kinds of technical errors -- I can also help if English isn't your first language and you're concerned about idiom. I can help brainstorm ways to fix something that you already know isn't working the way you want.
