Thanks to everyone who's helped take us down from 15 to 3 pinch hits. Some more will go up after the 31st.

Swaps
If you'd like to swap your assignment for another one, please contact me (mod.modzilla@gmail.com) and let me know which other recipients you would like to create for instead. If you're swapping to a pinch hit, I'll confirm immediately. Otherwise, I'll confirm on the 31st. I won't reassign you to anyone who already has 2 creators, and if you give me a list, I'll prioritize anyone who will be left without a creator by someone else's swap.

Letters
132 people chose to link a letter. Please check your letter and make sure it's complete. Letters that are not complete after the 31st will be deleted from your sign-up. I'll warn you first. If you currently have an incomplete letter, please complete it as soon as you can so a creator can get started on their work with full confidence.

Just a housekeeping note, the tag in the comm header for "Swaps" only goes to something last year, not to any of this year's information.
