'allo!
Most welcome!

I believe that Batfam DOES have a clear set of characters associated with it - especially in terms of the comic. The question is much more whether -I- know all of them or not, as I picked up the term from reading other people's fic and am also currently quite behind in the canon. Also, some like Barbara Gordon are a bit more peripheral in terms of not being either blood or adopted kin, and yet she is definitely part of the inner circle, so my headcanon says 'definitely', but she may or may not be official by more official canon.

Open to other suggestions that convey a similar intention-of-group!

As to what I was hoping for from the tag. I read a FANTASTIC set of fics featuring Columbo and various members of the Batfam. Don't remember either the titles or author at the mo', which is quite the pity. Anyway, when I saw the Q earlier about Columbo & it reminded me of those fics and just how much I enjoyed them.

The reason for the term is that I also have developed a hardcore adore for the Firefly/ST:DS9 crosover and with only six slots, I needed to compress greatly.

Bruce Wayne and Alfred are definitely up there in terms of individual loves, but I was also thinking if some of the kids and kin could come into it that could be quite fun also. And with the option of Creator's Choice of [group] it seemed like that might work wondrous-well for a combination of known and surprise.

So... if there's another term that would cover similarly, that would work wondrous-well!

Yup! Saw and just replied to the other comment - thank you for the link! It was very helpful.

Chirp, chirp!!
