Please use "2nd Dimension [Name]" for the character names of the alternate universe characters and continue to use (Phineas and Ferb) for the fandom and disambiguation.

So Group: 2nd Dimension Vanessa Doofenshmirtz & Vanessa Doofenshmirtz (Phineas & Ferb).

Or, I suppose, if you think anyone reading the tag set would immediately know what you mean, just Group: 2nd-D Vanessa Doofenshmirtz & Vanessa Doofenshmirtz (Phineas & Ferb) to save space.
