Tolkien's drafts and discarded versions are somewhat infamous, but here is a basic list of who I think it's likely someone could write under that label:
1. Celebrimbor
2. Maeglin
3. Idril
4. Orodreth
5. Finduilas
6. Gil-galad
7. Celebrian
8. Amroth
9. Elrond
10. Elros
11. Finbor
12. Findobar
13. Erien
Very few of these are always great-grandchildren (Tolkien moved characters up and down in the family trees a lot, liked to discard characters at times, and then Elrond and Elros are just sort of adopted, sort of kidnapped into the role), but they're all characters that can fit under that in some version of Silm canon.
