There aren't many differences in the versions, so it doesn't make sense to separate requests into two fandoms for requests. It's just that the TV show has only covered half the manga so far, so nominating under only TV felt strange to me. My line of thought was that I wouldn't want someone who has read the manga to feel limited to what the TV show has covered, but I also didn't want someone who has seen the TV show to feel like they needed to catch up with the manga before the next season airs, if that makes sense.
